Ales Cejka is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in revenue cycle management, specializing in driving operational excellence and scalability for national medical groups and healthcare organizations.

As a Senior Vice President of RCM at Talkiatry, a leading behavioral health provider, Ales led the organization through significant growth, enhancing Revenue Cycle processes and reducing costs by implementing automation and outsourcing. 

Before joining Talkiatry, Ales held executive roles at prominent organizations like ATI Physical Therapy, Envision Healthcare, and Modernizing Medicine, where he was responsible for optimizing revenue processes, improving collections, building and maintaining strategic customer relationships, and integrating and managing BPO organizations worldwide. 

His expertise in regulatory compliance, strategic planning, AR management, and building high-performance revenue cycle teams has driven both top and bottom-line improvement for physicians, hospitals, and health systems. 

Ales holds a Degree in Education from Charles University in Prague, multiple professional certifications from AAPC and HFMA, and a certification in Executive leadership in Healthcare from Cornell University.
